Aperçu de BatchOutput DOC

BatchOutput DOC automatise la production de PDF et l'impression depuis Microsoft Word. Il suffit d'ajouter des fichiers Word à la liste BatchOutput DOC, d'ajuster les paramètres, et BatchOutput DOC fera le reste pour vous automatiquement.

BatchOutput DOC offre les options avancées de production de PDF suivantes :

Imprimer et exporter plusieurs fichiers Word en PDF automatiquement
Enregistrer les pages en tant que fichiers PDF uniques
Noms de fichiers variables
Réduire la résolution des images à celle définie par l'utilisateur
Spécifier la compression des images
Appliquer des filtres Quartz
Chiffrer les fichiers PDF
Spécifier des mots de passe pour restreindre la copie, l'impression et l'ouverture de fichiers

BatchOutput est également disponible pour Microsoft Excel (BatchOutput XLS), PowerPoint (BatchOutput PPT) et Adobe InDesign (Output Factory).

Does very well what is supposed to do. Top notch support. I updated the software during the weekend and my license was not recognised. Support replied very quickly and was able to solve the issue after a few attempts. Very impressed by the level of dedication to customer satisfaction.

I was hoping this would create a single PDF file for each single Word document, but it doesn't. It basically automates Word's "Save as PDF" which has the problem that it creates separate files for separate sections (e.g., a portrait orientation document with a single page in landscape format will be three PDFs). Other than that it seems to work fine, and there may be people who really benefit from this app. Not me unfortunately...

LOVE this app. I routinely need to create collections of Word docs for a particular matter. Those docs then need to be converted to PDF for dissemination to the relevant parties. Sure, I could open them each individually and print to PDF. But this app makes that process so much faster and easier--select the collection, OK the configuration settings, and poof, it's done! Great configuration features, and great time-saving value. Thanks to the developer for fixing what Word 2011 broke.
